The hotel was really easy to find after taking the metro from the airport into town, just 300m from Omonoia Station. On arrival the reception staff were very kind and helpful. I arrived later than originally anticipated and didn’t fancy going out to eat and asked if the kitchen was still open. A table was arranged for me without any hesitation in the rooftop bar/ restaurant where I could relax after the travelling and plan the days ahead. The view of the Acropolis at night is stunning! The food was marvellous. I ordered the baked phyllo pastry with feta cheese and the shrimp which came accompanied with rocket salad and wild rice, and for dessert I had the Polis Special. The breakfast buffet has to be the icing on the cake though as, every taste is catered for so plenty of choice. My room was clean and spacious with air conditioning, a mini bar and a safe. In the bathroom I had a shower and a host of toiletries to use, which came in handy as I had forgotten to bring any shampoo with me. I also had a small terrace which provided pleasant views around the city and surrounding neighbourhood. The location was great too as you are so close to the Metro station, and much of Athens is very walkable - you have options.

Having never been in Athens I tried to get a hotel in a central location for everything we wanted and this provided it. The staff were extremely helpful. Our check in was 3pm but due to travel arrangements we dropped our cases of around 9.30am. Not a problem at all. We were given recommendations for restaurants which turned out to be ideal for what we were looking for. A taxi was booked for our airport transfer and again no problems. 30 minutes walk to the Acropolis almost in a straight line. The hop on hop of tourist bus service stop is about 2 minutes walk away. The rooftop restaurant with a view of the Acropolis is also very good in terms of service and food but it may be advisable to book this if you know you want to use it. Breakfast buffet has a good range and again the quality is good. The rooms are ensuite, spacious and airy. Ours had a balcony which gave a view of the Acropolis. The downside was it ovelooked the main road which is always busy, but it is a city centre and to be expected.

the rooms were well cleaned and the bed was big and super comfortable. there was even a weighing scale in the room! we were 4 min walk from the train station and also 15 min walk to plaka. really convenient and close to some cool bars. we had an early flight and the staff packed a to-go back with some breakfast food. really thoughtful. we could see the acropolis from the balcony. did not have time to utilize the rooftop bar unfortunately.

The staff was so so enjoyable & friendly. I stayed for a week and every day when I came back to my room they made me feel so welcome, like home (even better than home). The breakfast buffet was fantastic: lots of selection of breads, eggs, fruits, juices, very nice individual coffee selections, cereal, milk, yogurts- wow! The location was central for bus, subway, taxis - and a beautiful eight story mall.

Location was excellent. View of the Acropolis and the roof top restaurant has a great view and menu! Excellent staff and the bartender makes a mean mastic mojito!! The gym was a treat! Breakfast has a lot selection the food is fresh and a good coffee selection The windows and doors are excellent. You can’t hear the traffic when closed Front desk was helpful and they extended the check out time for us
